  Thank you Covert Hutto for not having me fill out the required documentation that needed to be sent the Texas Department of Public Safety to make the State of Texas aware that I am no longer the title holder of the vehicle. Here I am five months later, receiving a notice from the Department of Public Safety that I need to take action within 10 days. I've called the TX-DPS and TX-DMV to find out I need to print, fill out, and mail in documentation to protect myself from being liable for this vehicle. Oh wait there's more.... I also gave you a call, and come to find out I am still listed as the vehicle's title holder....five months later. Furthermore, the pleasant lady I spoke with in the title department stated that this has been a pressing matter with your sales associates, even though they have already been notified that this needs to be done. It only leaves the imagination to wonder; what else are they failing or avoiding to do? So I will share this story with everyone I encounter who considers bringing their business your way.

  I had an incredible experience purchasing my new truck at Covert Hutto! From the beginning Cliff Collins was a huge help from finding the truck and then giving me ample time to look it over and test drive. He then helped me get a great price for the exact truck I wanted. I also worked with Brad who was able to put together a great financing package for me. the best part was when they handed me the keys, Cliff gave me a Covert hat and asked to take a picture with me in front of my new truck. I left Covert feeling super excited and satisfied! Thank you Cliff, Brad and Covert for a great car buying experience!

  If you are in search for a new vehicle, then I would stop by the Covert Country Chevrolet in Hutto and ask for Mr. Brian Brown to help you out. I drove down to Austin to drop off a car and I was going to pick up a new vehicle to drive back, so I didn’t have time to mess around playing the typical dealership games that makes anyone dread going to purchase a new vehicle. Luckily for me, Brian over at Covert Chevrolet isn’t a typical salesman. I felt respected throughout the entire process and Brian made sure that I was taken care of from start to finish. Another thing I really appreciated was that Brian was very informed about the products he was selling. Brian walked me through all the features of the vehicle and helped me set them up before I left the lot. I have purchased other vehicles before, but no one has insured me that I was set up to enjoy all the bells and whistles like Brian has done. I also did a lot of research in looking for the best deal from several dealerships around Texas (Austin, Dallas, Houston), but as it says on the Covert website “Nobody beats a Covert deal, not now, not ever.” and they are not lying about that, and Brian will make sure of it. So if you don’t want to waste your time jacking around with yahoos from every dealership in a 100 mile radius, then go see Brain in Hutto. I did and don’t regret doing so, and I’ll definitely be back when it is time to upgrade.

  I can't say enough great things about my experience in buying a used truck for my son. I came to the dealership and meet Cliff Collins, he showed me the truck I came to see, but then I saw another truck, one that I liked more that was slightly out of my price range. I had the pleasure of meeting Dan Covert and he worked the numbers to make it possible for me to buy the nicer truck for my son. Thank you Cliff Collins and Dan Covert for the incrediable and easy truck buying experience. Ya"ll have definitely earned my business and we will be back when it's time to buy again.
