- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. Numerous errors! They did our paperwork under the wrong name. We went in to pay and they stated they couldn't find our gun. When they scanned my drivers license they found it under a different name. We were then told we had until 4/15 to pick up our gun. We said we will be back with the original paperwork to get everything corrected. My husband went back today and they have sold our gun! I called and spoke to the manager and asked why we were not notified he states because we didn't have your phone number. That would be because they made an error! Instead of holding on to it he decides it ok to sell the gun! No apology instead he tries to blame me. He now denies saying we had until 4/15. Yes, the incorrect paperwork does say 03/31 however I feel this was handled completely wrong.By K Laxson, January 22, 2017
