- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service skills and inadequate customer appreciation. We are currently experiences a hurricane and I needed to pull cash from the ATM. The ATM malfunctioned and did not give me cash but registered that my money was taken. When I addressed the issue to the teller she stated that the machine had been malfunctioning all day. If that is the case, then why wasn't there a sign? They continue to allow customers to use the broken machine but refuse to help me get my money back. I have another account with Bank of America and whenever I have issues with their equipment I am reimbursed the same day. The teller was inconsiderate to my situation, especially considering the hurricane we are experiencing. Overall, I would definitely recommend investing in another bank.By Iaishia Spencer, August 03, 2017
