  Elias Carrasco (Senior Code Enforcement Officer) IS A LIAR. He told us that if we build a privacy fence we would not have to worry about are leering neighbor Jeff Phillips’s, high grass complaints. We have two small children that play in are back yard and Jeff Phillips gets away with taking pictures over are privacy fence and we are the ones who have to go to court! Code enforcement does not seem to patrol Hutto just response to people who complain the most... perfect tool for harassment. I would like to take pride and contribute to this town but from the court, to the code office, to the neighbor its all discouraging, and no way to build a community. No one cares that we spent tens of thousands on this historical house/yard they just push us throw the system, get the fine money, only to contribut to escalating the situation. Look at this town, the sewer treatment plant is within a mile of town center, and the Williamson County Dump is five miles up the road from old Hutto 100 - 609 FM 1660 Hutto. And some people think this town will turn into... Westlake?, by harassing people? People like Jeff Phillips calls code enforcement " in my opinion corrupt" " using the system for his own power trip, when half of Hutto is overgrown in parts VISIBLE to the public...just take a drive, after we put $5000.00 into the yard and invested 20000 into the house, that’s what you get when you move to Hutto. Is the land fill leaching something into the water?
