- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆As far as the imagine and cleaniness I give it 100, and not everyone had sticks up there asses. The benefits offered are amazing but when you enter a place that has control over YOUR MONEY, and half ass can explain to why your accounts on hold or why the ATM ate your card.... Your bills are due but oh your accounts on hold because you were "negative for to long. REALLY? I come pay you guys you'll get your money and I can't get partial of my payment. Also the information you receive from the tellers doesn't make sense not compassion. The manager I believe his name to be Erick, nick or something is definitely one of the most sarcastic rude, impolite people I have ever came in counter with. He is certainly a inconsiderate arrogant asshole and banking or customer service should not be his occupation. This guy insisted on making me feel like I was wrong for wanting to know more about my account and why I am waiting on my funds which should have been available immediately. I drive to this branch in Hutto from Round Rock because I get immediate service and can sit down with manager on site every time I go without having to wait very long at all. I will continue to use this bank and this particular branch because in contrast to statement above I've never ever encountered anyone being rude or flippant.By Valerie Edwards, May 17, 2017
